String your perfect pocket in 20 minutes

No knots. No confusion. No experience needed.

Our story

the struggle of stringing

90% (!!) of players don't know how to string their stick. That means they run into problems like:
  • Playing with a bad pocket, leading to poor performance and lost confidence
  • Paying someone else $50 to have control over their stick
  • Watching hours of YouTube videos that lead nowhere
  • Missing practice and game time due to equipment issues

How noknot changes everything

string your own pocket in 20 minutes

Conventional stringing: Hours of finger-destroying labor.

The NoKnot: 20 minutes of ease.

no experience needed

If you can use a zip tie, you can use a NoKnot. Our detailed instructions make it as easy as a one-on-one with the goalie.

fix problems in 60 seconds

Sidewall snaps mid-game? No problem. Our patented modular design allows you to pop in a replacement piece and get back on the field. No restring needed.

"Absolute game changer."

"During a huge first-round playoff game in my senior year of high school, my sidewall string snapped. I had no idea how to fix it; I'd always relied on someone else to string and maintain my stick. Out of desperation I tied some haphazard knot, which only made things worse. My stick was a mess.

If I could turn back time, I’d run to the sideline, pop on a NoKnot, and get back to scoring goals." -Kevin Rogers, PLL Midfielder

How does it work?

from continuous to modular

The standard method of stringing uses a continuous piece of nylon string. This creates two problems: it relies on a series of confusing and constantly-changing knots, and any issues require a complete restring.

We've opted for a modular design that requires no knots and is interchangeable at any point. It's like stringing your stick with zip ties, but easier, safer and more reliable.

(Don't worry — you cut the strings down once you're happy with your pocket!)

COMMON QUESTIONS

How does the beta program work?

You'll receive our final two prototype concepts and pay only what it costs us to produce the kits. We'll give you detailed instructions for both prototypes, and you'll string a stick with each one. You'll then give us feedback on which one you preferred and why.

In return, you'll get a 25% discount on all NoKnot products for life. You'll also become a member of our Founding Stringers club, which gives you early access to future products.

Do I need stringing experience?

Absolutely not. NoKnot is designed for complete beginners. If you can use a zip tie, you can use our product.

How long does it really take?

First-timers average about 25-30 minutes. Your second time will probably take about 15. Compare that to hours or days for traditional stringing (if you can figure it out at all).

Will it work with my lacrosse head?

NoKnot works with all modern lacrosse heads from major manufacturers (STX, Warrior, ECD, Maverik, etc.). Our beta testers are helping us ensure 100% compatibility.

Does it work with the topstring?

Currently, NoKnot is designed to be used on sidewalls only. Top and bottom strings are extremely simple, and instructions for those are included in our tutorials.

What's included in the kit?

The kit includes premium mesh, 20 NoKnot pieces with string attachments, and two pieces of nylon string for the top and bottom strings.

Is it legal?

We're in the process of working with the ruling bodies to ensure that the NoKnot is 100% legal.
